Voices of Strength: Healing After Gender-Based Violence
From Silence to Strength, at Your Own Pace
Voices of Strength is a trauma-aware healing program created for survivors of gender-based violence who are seeking safety, understanding, and support in a compassionate, non-judgmental space.
This program offers gentle guidance through reflection, conversation, and optional writing practices that help participants reconnect with their voice, rebuild self-trust, and begin healing without pressure to share or relive their experiences. Every session is paced with care, honouring where each participant is on their journey.
Rooted in lived experience and facilitated with empathy, Voices of Strength prioritizes emotional safety, choice, and dignity. Participants are supported as they move from isolation toward connection, from self-blame toward self-compassion, and from silence toward strength.
This is not therapy — it is a supportive healing space where survivors are seen, heard, and reminded that they are not alone.
Surviving Domestic Violence & Narcissistic Abuse
Recognizing Abuse. Releasing Blame. Reclaiming Self.
A supportive, educational workshop that explores the realities of domestic violence and narcissistic abuse with compassion and clarity. Sandy shares insight into abuse dynamics, the emotional impact on identity and self-worth, and the early steps toward safety, autonomy, and healing — without graphic detail or pressure to disclose.
Reclaiming Power After Trauma
Restoring Choice, Confidence, and Self-Trust

Using Words to Process, Release, and Heal
A foundational workshop centered on journaling as a healing practice.
